Ask a questionWhat files work best?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. If all you have is a screenshot or a photo, send it anyway and we'll tell you what's possible.
Can I order just one?
Yes. Single pieces are welcome, and so are large runs. For bigger quantities, request a quote and we'll confirm pricing and timing.
Will I see a proof first?
Always. We send a digital proof showing the size and placement on your product, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
What does engraving look like on each material?
On powder-coated steel the laser removes the coating and exposes the bright metal underneath. On wood it leaves a darker, burned-in mark that follows the grain. Your proof shows what to expect on the product you choose.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and the quantity. We confirm timing with your proof, before anything is made. If you have a deadline, put it in your order notes or quote request.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We take orders from companies, schools, teams and event planners as well as individuals. Use the quote form for volume orders, mixed products or repeat programs.
