How do I order custom tumblers for a group?

Choose a tumbler and colors, then request a quote with the quantity and your artwork. We confirm pricing and timing and send a digital proof, and nothing is made until you approve it. Single tumblers are welcome too.

What does laser engraving look like on a tumbler?

On colored, powder-coated tumblers the laser removes the coating to show the bright stainless steel underneath, so the design is marked into the finish rather than printed on top. On a Stainless Steel finish the engraving is dark.

Should I choose laser engraving or full-color printing?

Laser engraving marks a one-color design into the finish and suits logos, names and short messages. Full-color printing by sublimation reproduces photos and multi-color artwork, on the Polar Camel 20 oz Sublimation Ringneck Tumbler in Stainless Steel or White.

What can I put on a tumbler?

A company logo, a name, initials, a date or a short message, and on the sublimation tumbler a full-color photo. Vector logo files give the sharpest result; see the questions below for file types.

Common questions

What does laser engraving look like on a tumbler?

On colored, powder-coated tumblers the laser removes the coating to show the bright stainless steel underneath. On a Stainless Steel finish the engraving is dark. Your proof shows what to expect on the color you choose.

Will I see a proof before you engrave?

Yes. We send a digital proof showing the size and placement on your product, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

What logo files work best for engraving?

Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. If all you have is a screenshot or a photo, send it anyway and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can I order just one?

Yes. Single pieces are welcome, and so are large runs. For bigger quantities, request a quote and we'll confirm pricing and timing.

Do you take orders from businesses?

Yes. We take orders from companies, schools, teams and event planners as well as individuals. Use the quote form for volume orders, mixed products or repeat programs.
